Salad: Asparagus with Parmaham



I have a dream. 
I have a dream that one day,
my BMI shall be made low,
my belly will be made sixpack tight,
and my slim-fit trouser will be made small size.
I have a dream today.

Steps:
  1. Cut & clean the asparagus, cook 1 min in boiling water, dip to cold water.
  2. Grill/airfryer the Parmaham to make it crispy.
  3. Mix the sauce: olive oil & white wine vinegar (with spices e.g. dragon/tyme).
  4. Garnish with Parmigiano cheese, seeds (e.g. mustard seeds, pine nuts) and peterselie.
