Bakso pangsit (meatball dim sum)

Steps:
  1. Make the broth: cook water with bone marrow, sugar, stock cubes, garlic. 
  2. Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, vinegar, sugar, chinese five spices/pho spices mix, sesame oil. 
  3. Add cai sim / pak choi / choy sum, celery (optional.)
  4. Fry the meatballs, siomay (dim sum) and tofu.
Presentation: serve with udon noodle, tong cai 冬菜 (Tianjin preserved vegetable), sriracha chili sauce. Garnish with spring onions and fried onions (bawang goreng).
